Beware staying home on the Ides of March. The ancient soothsayers predict you'll be much happier at Opus Affair March, when we go to Drink on March 15 -- especially considering that nearly every other bar in town will be overrun with hoi polloi for either Restaurant Week or pre-St. Patty's festivities (you can celebrate those later). Come out with us and have some finely-crafted cocktails, see your old friends, and meet new, interesting folks.

Like speakeasies from long ago, Drink can be hard to spot from the outside; look for 348 Congress St., go downstairs (under Sportello) and you'll find us. It's just a short walk from the South Station T-stop.

Keep in mind that Drink is all about re-introducing classic cocktails and creating new ones, so you won't find standard cocktail lists. Be ready to chat with the bartenders about what you like, and they'll come up with something just for you.

As always, individuals keep track of their own tabs at the bar. Come alone or bring some friends.

What is Opus Affair?

Opus affair is a social group for young professionals interested in the Fine Arts in Boston. We hold monthly cocktail parties at different hot spots around Boston and Cambridge. There is no specific agenda at our parties -- just a chance to socialize over drinks and connect the community of young art-lovers in Boston.

Our group is intended for:
*Audience members and art fans
*Arts administrators and production staff
*Artists and performers

We have more and more new folks each month, and we're glad to welcome more. Don't be afraid to invite non-musicians and non-artists -- Opus Affair is open to all young professionals who are interested in the arts, not just those working in the arts.
